1. About Us

WP Plugins are developed and provided by Ardilogi. By purchasing a plugin you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. License & Access

When you purchase a plugin, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the plugin on one WordPress domain for the paid period (12 months).

The license gives you access to:

• Download and installation of the plugin
• Updates released during the license period
• Support via Ardilogi during the license period

3. Payment & Renewal

Payment is a one-time payment for a 12-month license period. There is no automatic renewal — you choose whether you wish to renew when the period expires.

Prices are stated in DKK and are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

As these are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, no refund is offered after a download has taken place.

You have paid for access during the applicable license period. If you do not wish to continue after the period expires, no active cancellation is required — the license expires automatically and the plugin will cease to function.

5. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Resell or redistribute the plugin
• Remove or circumvent license validation mechanisms
• Use the plugin on more domains than the purchased license covers
• Decompile or reverse-engineer the plugin code

Violation will result in immediate deactivation of the license without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ardilogi is not liable for losses, damages, or operational disruptions arising from the use or non-use of our plugins. Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty that they are suited for all purposes.

7. Changes

Ardilogi reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
